The roots of KZN Investments & Financing Ltd can be traced back to 90’s when dreamy eyes teens met in South Gate mall, Edmonton and became friends for life. Right from get-go it was obvious that these guys had a fire in their belly to accomplish bigger and better things in life. Over next two decades one of these boys worked diligently in various blue-collar jobs to generate enough cash to start up his own moving company. The initial success of this business lead to start of home construction company, which eventually lead to establishing a successful fast food restaurant; currently this entrepreneur owns several successful companies in Edmonton area. The other boy went to University of Alberta to earn his engineering degree and thereafter worked with large corporations in 6 different countries around the globe. Throughout his travels the entrepreneur spirit stayed with this engineer as well as he successfully invested in development of multifamily and other commercial real-estate projects in Edmonton area. One fine Alberta summer day these two gentlemen were reminiscing their entrepreneur journey and came up with an idea of creating a venture, which will assist other Canadian entrepreneurs in realizing their dreams. In addition the venture could also assist investors to leverage our extensive network and knowledge to discover opportunities, which will provide stable returns and capital growth.
